Jones Dynamics (“we”, “us”) operates the AutoScan AI mobile app. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. AutoScan AI does not require an account or sign-in.

Information we process

Photos you choose — Car images you upload for AI analysis. Images are sent to our servers for processing and may be stored temporarily to run the analysis.
Scan results — Valuation and vehicle details are stored on your device (local storage) unless you delete them in the app.
Purchase status — Apple and RevenueCat provide subscription status so we can enable Pro features. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Support email — If you contact us, we receive the information you send (e.g. email address and message).

How we use information

Provide AI-powered vehicle analysis and display results in the app
Manage Pro subscriptions through Apple’s App Store
Respond to support requests and improve reliability

Third-party services

Apple App Store — Subscriptions and payments
RevenueCat — Subscription management
OpenAI — Image analysis (via our secure backend)
Cloud hosting — Image upload and analysis API (e.g. Supabase)

These providers process data under their own policies and our instructions where applicable.

Data retention & deletion

Scan history on your device can be removed anytime via Help & legal → Clear data on this device in the app.
Uninstalling the app removes local scan history from your device.
Cancel subscriptions in Apple Subscriptions.

Children

AutoScan AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
