These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the AutoScan AI app (“App”) by Jones Dynamics. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Apple Licensed Application EULA

For apps distributed through the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s EULA, Apple’s EULA applies to your use of the App on iOS.

Service

AutoScan AI provides AI-assisted vehicle analysis for informational purposes only. Estimates are not professional appraisals, inspections, or guarantees. Always verify condition and value independently before buying or selling.

No account required

The App does not require registration. Scan history is stored on your device unless you clear it in the app.

AutoScan AI Pro subscriptions

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Restore purchases in the App under Help & legal → Restore purchases.

Product IDs: com.jonesdynamics.autoscanai.pro.monthly, com.jonesdynamics.autoscanai.pro.yearly (pricing shown in the App Store at purchase).

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use the App for unlawful purposes.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
